Cookie policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

The website of AQUA - MAR TEAM S.R.L. ("Aqua-Mar Team", "we") uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We only use what is strictly necessary, including local storage for the check-in form draft, and, only if you agree, the Google map on the contact page.

What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) are small files or records a website keeps in your browser to remember information between visits.

Strictly necessary

These cannot be switched off, because without them the site cannot respect your choice or work properly:

  • aquamar-consent (browser local storage): remembers your cookie choice for up to 12 months. It contains no identifying data and is never sent anywhere.
  • aquamar.checkin.dsd.draft.v1 and aquamar.checkin.certified.draft.v1 (browser local storage, on your device): the Book & Check-in form draft, so you do not lose what you filled in if the page reloads. It can include your medical questionnaire answers and signatures. It is kept for up to 7 days, deleted once the form is sent, and not transmitted anywhere before you send the form.
  • The sb-…-auth-token authentication cookies: set only for Aqua-Mar Team staff who sign in to the admin area, for the length of the session, together with the calendar display preference (aquamar.admin.calendar.view, local storage). They are never set for site visitors.

Fonts, images and videos are served directly from our own site, without external services.

External content (optional)

The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps. It only loads after you agree, in the cookie banner or on the map itself. Until then your browser does not contact Google's services.

Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies on its own domains. Details: how Google uses cookies (opens in a new tab) and Google's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

What we do not use

  • traffic analytics;
  • advertising or remarketing cookies;
  • social media pixels or scripts (the Facebook and Instagram links are plain links);
  • fonts or scripts loaded from third parties.

How to change your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the button above or the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw it, the map no longer loads. Cookies Google has already set on its own domains can be deleted in your browser settings.

Changes

If we ever add other services, we will update this page first and ask for your consent again where required.
